The mysterious sweet flavor from the choicest high elevation clonal field is only found in the Euphoria. This tea comprises a bold open souchong leaf, a full golden amber cup, with a rich traditional Darjeeling flowery flavor, Use 1 heaped teaspoon and brew 3 minutes. Use water just off boiling.

This Avongrove tea is grown from old China Pekoe bushes planted by the British one hundred years ago. These bushes were originally grown from seed and the flavor is different, richer than tea grown from cuttings or clonal bushes.

Pearl tea is made by plucking a bud and a leaf from the choicest sections of garden. They brew into excellent fully flavored cup, Jasmine Fragrance, delicately light and flirting flavor.

Tender summer shoots from Badgach clonal fields are selectively picked and hand processed into an exquisite clonal, unbroken shoots and wiry silver tips. Rohini's clonal tea has a fully golden cup with a copious sweet taste and abundant flavor. Steep 1 heaped teaspoon for 3-5 minutes, water just off boiling.

Brownish leaf with random tips, opulent golden cup, and full bodied with an abundant sweet muscatel flavor the summer flush teas are Darjeeling's jewel studded crown. It is possible to drink this tea with milk. This one is a bargain.

Baby buds from high grown fields, mature into silvery green needles. A white tea steeped in aroma, is a master pick from Darjeeling. White tea has been found to have the highest anti-oxidants and polyphenols among all the different types of tea.

Semi oxidization brings out the best in certain Darjeelings. Gopaldhara estate seems to have just the right bushes and right cup character to make extraordinary oolongs. Darjeeling tea is a product of the British Empire's tea gardens. These teas are grown adjacent to the town of Darjeeling in the foothills of the Himalayas. All our Darjeeling teas are from three Estates, Rohini which is low altitude and Avongrove and Gopaldhara. All the New Zealand Tea companies employees have visited all the Darjeeling Estates from which we purchase tea. Discussion about any of the teas is welcome.
