This is one of the best whole leaf grade Black tea tips. Gives flavourful mellow brew of great distinction.

This green specialty is made from tender leaves. Roasted and delicately twisted. There after mystiquely flavoured with fresh and hand picked Jasmine flowers. Clear jade coloured liquor with delicate floral notes.

The SFTGFOP is one of the rarest and prestigious of Black teas manufactured during winter months. These wiry teas with a greenish tinge yield a light tea with an elegant flavour and flamboyant aroma with a lingering sweet after taste.

The Nilgiris are a hill region in Southern India, near the British Hill Station of Ooty. All our Nilgiri tea comes from one Estate, Havukul. All the employees of the New Zealand Tea Company have visited this Estate. The teas are light and fresh and very similar to Ceylon tea. They are one of India's best kept secrets and this tea has not been available in New Zealand before. They can be drunk in the afternoon or evening without any problems. One we have called afternoon tea as that is the best time to drink this wonderful tea. Most can be drunk both on their own and with milk. The two highest quality Nilgiri teas are Havukul TGFOP and Havukul SFTGFOP. These are first grade whole leaf teas. The other two teas are also large leafed and good on their own or blended with Assam tea to make English breakfast.
